Dijaya Corporation Berhad (Dijaya) is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of management services. The Company operates in three segments: Property and resort development, which is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties and provision of golfing and other sporting and recreational facilities; property investment, which is engaged in the operation of clubhouse and shopping mall, and investment holding. On July 15, 2010, it acquired Star Honour Limited. On August 2, 2010, its wholly owned subsidiary Dijaya Tropicana Danga Bay Sdn. Bhd. acquired 60% interest in Tropicana Danga Bay Sdn. Bhd. On December 24, 2010, it disposed off its interest in Bright Phase Sdn Bhd and South Johor Equity Sdn. Bhd. On August 26, 2011, the Company acquired 99.99% in Ace Rhythm Sdn Bhd. In October 2011, its subsidiary, Ace Rhythm Sdn Bhd, purchased three parcels of freehold development land along Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur.
