On March 25, 2009, the Company completed the disposal of its entire interest in Puncak Madu Sdn Bhd to Damansara Developments Sdn Bhd, owned through the Company?s subsidiaries, Galaxy Prestige Sdn Bhd and Major Liberty Sdn Bhd.
