GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (GLM) is a property developer in Malaysia and is a part of Singapore?s Guocoland Limited. GLM is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are property development, property investment, hotel operations, investment holding, trading in securities and provision of management services and property-related services. The Company operates in three segments: property development, which is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties for sale; property investment, which is engaged in the investments in residential and commercial properties and investment in real estate investment trusts; hotels, which is engaged in management and operations of hotels, and plantation, which is engaged in operation of oil palm estates and sale of fresh fruit bunches. Its subsidiaries include Guoman Hotel & Resort Holdings Sdn Bhd, PD Resort Sdn Bhd and Kiapeng Development Sdn Bhd.
