Perduren (M) Berhad is a Malaysia-based company engaged in property investment and investment holding activities. The Company has two investment properties comprising of Plaza Sentosa and units in Holiday Plaza, and a small office building in Kuala Lumpur. The Company?s investment in Holiday Plaza comprise 193,539 square feet of lettable area in the retail podium, 96,937 square feet of lettable area in the office tower and 613 basement car park bays. The Company?s subsidiaries include Advantage Equity Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in property investment activities; Topy Top Sdn. Bhd., which is a car park operator; Tenderly Marketing Sdn. Bhd., and Orlando Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. In June 2009, the Company acquired three shelf companies, Balance Focus Sdn Bhd (BFSB), Essential Vista Sdn Bhd (EVSB) and Landmark Zone Sdn Bhd (LZSB). The intended business activity of BFSB, EVSB and LZSB will be property investment and other related businesses.
