Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad (PNHB) is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is primarily engaged in the treatment and distribution of treated water to consumers in the State of Selangor, the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya and in the People's Republic of China. PNHB operates principally in Malaysia. On March 10, 2011, PNHB formed a 99.99% owned Indian subsidiary Company, Puncak Niaga Infrastructures & Projects Private Limited (PNIP Pte Ltd). On April 19, 2011, PNHB acquired a 55% stake in Reputable Collection Sdn Bhd (RCSB) resulting in RCSB becoming a 55% owned subsidiary of the Company. RCSB had acquired a 62.5% stake in Jalinan Handal Sdn Bhd (JHSB) resulting in JHSB becoming a sub-subsidiary of the Company on April 19, 2011. Its subsidiaries include Puncak Niaga (India) Sdn Bhd and Puncak Research Centre Sdn Bhd. On September 28, 2011, the Company acquired Global Offshore Malaysia Sdn Bhd And KGL Ltd.
