Titan Chemicals Corp. Bhd. is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates in three segments: olefin products, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of olefin products, polyolefin products, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of polyolefin products, and biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of BOPP products. It operates in Malaysia and Indonesia. On 28 January 2008, Titan International Corp. Sdn. Bhd. (TICSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, acquired 90.40% interest in PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri Tbk. (Fatra). On 21 April 2008, Fatra has changed its name to PT Titan Kimia Nusantara Tbk. On 18 July 2008, the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Labuan, Titan Leasing (L) Ltd. (TLL).
