OMG! There's a gap in between ytd's and today's candlestick. It is now trading at the lowest price in its history. Anybody know any bad news which causes the fall in price of this share?

Based on technical view, the bearish has breakdown two moving average which are 50 days and 200 days. Even the MACD also shows the sign to be bearish and should sell on 26th Jan. If you see candlestick, the candle gave a sign that would turn down more when the price went up high but close lower the day before yesterday.
