KLCI rose higher in the first session but volume has not reach to the same level as before. Most the third liner stocks' price not moving up. Chinese investors start lock the gain for ang pau. Only the blue chip counter will end higher.

More discount will come out for this coming chinese new year. People mostly chinese will start sell today to take out the money for the celebration. The price will end lower this week.

Based on technical view, the bearish has breakdown two moving average which are 50 days and 200 days. Even the MACD also shows the sign to be bearish and should sell on 26th Jan. If you see candlestick, the candle gave a sign that would turn down more when the price went up high but close lower the day before yesterday.

I trust that Elliot waves might say that. But for me, there was a correction on Dow Jones last night by investor because of the result of the G7 meeting. Index has been drag down to close a little bit lower than previous day. However, it shows investor has turn up mind after slightly lower about 7 points open in the morning.

Yeah. I support it. When people sell we buy. The syndicate also wait at this moment to buy at cheap price, then lock the gain when the right price come.
